Delete your account
Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to the app, with the subject "Delete my account". No reason needed.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your email address, your synced progress record (name, test date, daily goal, exam history, per-question statistics, starred questions, reading progress, streak), the record of which devices your account syncs to, and the archived answer statistics kept for aggregate question-difficulty stats. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Progress stored locally on your own device is not affected — you can clear that yourself in the app ("Reset learning history" on the You tab) or by uninstalling the app.
What to expect
We'll confirm by reply and delete the account promptly, normally within 30 days at the latest. If you only want your learning progress wiped but want to keep the account, use "Reset learning history" in the app instead — see the privacy policy for exactly what each option removes.
