Refund & Cancellation Terms

Pass Life in the UK Test 2026 · Effective 6 September 2026

1. Who you are buying from

Premium access to Pass Life in the UK Test 2026 is sold by ANECDOTE CREATIVE LIMITED. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. For anything about a payment, email [email protected].

2. What you are buying

Premium unlocks the full study chapters, all mock exams, unlimited practice, unlimited starred questions and the complete Final Sprint summary. It is digital content, delivered instantly to your account — there is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

Premium is attached to your account, not to a device, and syncs to three devices at a time, one more than the two a free account gets — sign one out from Profile → Devices whenever you want to add another. Prices include VAT where it applies.

3. Your 14-day cancellation right, and why we ask you to waive it

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and get your money back. That right ends once you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you are giving it up.

Because Premium unlocks the instant you pay, our checkout asks you to confirm exactly that. If you would rather keep the statutory 14-day right, do not tick the box — email us instead and we will arrange access that starts after the 14 days have passed.

In practice this changes nothing about what you can get back. Our own refund promise below is deliberately more generous than the statutory right, and we apply it whether or not you ticked the box.

4. Our refund promise

If you are unhappy with Premium for any reason within 14 days of paying, email us and we will refund you in full. We will not ask you to justify it. This covers your first payment on any plan, including Lifetime.

After 14 days:

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

5. How to cancel a subscription

Cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your payment receipt email, or email [email protected] and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not delete your account or your study progress.

If you bought Premium through the Google Play version of the app, manage and cancel that subscription in Google Play, not here.

6. If something is wrong with the app

If Premium is faulty, not as described, or you cannot access what you paid for, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing on this page limits those rights, and neither does the waiver in section 3.

7. Problems, before you call your bank

If you do not recognise a charge or something has gone wrong, please email us first — we can almost always sort it out the same day, and a refund reaches you faster than a chargeback does.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the effective date at the top will change and this page is always the current version. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you paid.
